Some information:
IX. EMTC TRabant meeting: 08.-10. 2018. Égerszög (village), Égervölgye tábor (camp)

House booking start on 17th of april on our website: http://emtc.gportal.hu/
There is a nice kitchen and restaurant in the camp. You can order warm meals: friday dinner; on saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner; on sunday: breakfast
You will be able to order foods at the gate during the meeting. (Menu and prices soon)
There is buffet at the camp also.

Friday:
07:00 Gate open, reception of guests
16:00 - 19:00 Performances (list of performancers soon)
19:00 - 20:00 Dinner
20:00 - till dawn: Disco: Dj Kornél

Saturday:
07:00 - 09:30 - Breakfast
10:00 Start the trip to Jósvafő , visit the Tengerszem lake and a country house with exhibition
14:00 Arriving to the camp
14:00 - 15:00 - Lunch
15:00 - 19:30 - Competitions for men, women and children
19:30 - 20:00 - Dinner
20:00 - 00:00 - Concerts (SOKOL 403, Utolsó Alkalom)

Sunday:
07:00 - 09:00 - Breakfast
11:00 - 12:00 - Awards ceremony
14:00 - Gate close, and of the meeting.

Can we visit the cave ?

Całkiem blisko mnie, bo tylko 230km. Gdyby nie prace garażowe może bym się skusił, w obecnym stanie trochę wstyd by było.

You can visit the cave if you want. But we will go to another place so it is just a possibility

what are the prices ? I dont see anywhere

The prices are like every year: 601HUF/person and 353 HUF/car . It means about 9PLN and 5PLN
The house: 1600HUF/person/night. It is about 22PLN

By the way: i would like to ask everybody who needs house : please take covers for blankets and pillows because the camp has no enough capacity to wash every covers.
And please somebody translate is to polish!

Apel do wszystkich, którzy zarezerwowali miejsca w domkach - należy zabrać ze sobą poszewki na kołdry/koce i poduszki, gdyż ośrodek nie jest w stanie wyprać wszystkich poszewek.
